Lots of possibilities. However I can't see KIK having anything like the bargaining power NDO will have and I doubt they will be able to ride on the coat tails of a NDO deal. I think KIK really need to have a free carried portion or they could quite likely end up with only 5% of the deeps and it doesn't look as though thats on offer from IMC at this point. And with the way the market is I can imagine tough times at the negotiating table. Am I being overly pessimistic? I almost feel as though KIK has missed the boat in some respects.
