I doubt OEL would want BPT as a partner!
If NDO finds an elephant "next door" with a large farm in partner, perhaps they might want in on the most prospective adjoining OEL permits?
The deep water stuff is very risky & i doubt too many larger companies are interested until OEL has at least completed 3D seismic.
