great pick up on this article -and to me very positive in recognising the "dilemma" - this is at the heart of the matter and bhp have been correct to attack this corruption by means of using its foreign obligations against the pines and THIS alone has clearly jolted the DOE into action to assist the smooth transition and effectively meet both objectives - will be interesting to see what language they come up with that will satisfy both parties but I feel such an article appears to turn the tide into BHPs favour to do a deal and get on with it - BUT it will notbe quick I bet.
