S.C. turned down appeal by VRL.....
Still think that the VRL BOD has abrogated their fiduciary responsibility towards shareholders and favoured the Kirby's and G. Burke at our (past tense) expence.
Beginning of the end for the Kirby empire?
Read the earnings results for both AEO and VRL. Despite the numbers stinking to high heaven the results were described as "solid".
Hate to see what they wouls call rotten.......
AEO's earnings continue a string of lower and lower profits. VRL was unable to increase eranings despite the L of R movie. One or two duds and there will be no sequal at VRL.
