    Kirbys win again.... watch the prefs drop like a stone and when no one is watching will be picked up by vrl. to all those that were greedily wanting more than the 50% premium of the offer they were 80cents before.... unlucky !! I don't hold but can't understand the greed of some... the offer was a get out of jail option for holders of the prefs and they rejected it .... ha, ha !
