Some of the reports I've read state that the drilling will (Needs to) commence in or by October this year.
And considering Hawkeye has been a drill ready prospect since 2008 it should be a well design and sourcing equipment is all that is needed.
Diamond Drilling has a Deepwater drillship (Black Rhino) still available for 4Q 2014.
Plus of course a suitable farmin partner Like Murphy Oil, Or Shell, Mobil, etc. and by the end of the year it will be celebrations or .....
