Just depends i think if theres at least 2 interested parties how good a deal OEL will get.
The worst that can happen id say would be a deal on much the same terms as BHP?
They,re doing the right thing by using BHPs drilling payout for drilling. That would be in the spirit of the deal, to facilitate a drill going ahead and the compensation for the delay to OEL being most likely a higher retained interest ?
