There are no guarantees, IF BHP do not drill by 5thAug (and as each day passes it is looking more and more unlikley, although I hope they do drill) then their ability to hold on to SC55 will depend on Philippine Govt, who will probably look at the degree of effort that BHP has made to secure a drill rig and how well BHP has kept the lines of communication open to the relevant Govt Departments in regard to updates on efforts to secure a drill rig over the last 12 months.
It would be nice to LISTEN IN on any phone call/meetings that BHP and OEL are having this year.
OEL is a BIG hold for me based on what THEY are DOING!!!!!!
