3D Seismic acquisition completed in SC69, Offshore Visayas, Philippines
Otto Energy Ltd is pleased to announce that the 3D seismic acquisition program commenced earlier in June has successfully been completed. The marine operations for the acquisition along with the onshore support teams have all run very smoothly resulting in successfully acquiring of over 210 km2 of high quality 3D seismic data.
Otto will now move to process the newly acquired seismic data. This will take approximately six months, prior to interpretation.
Has anyone seen an update on this seismic Data? By my calculations it has been 10 months- almost double the alocated time!
There must a lot of interesting data to look at or has this been placed on the back burner?
Considering the time it took to interpret the 590 sq km on Sc55 and then the aditional 2000 sq km in the same SC you would think that Otto would have something to report with only 210 sq km to interpret.
Perhaps Otto would be courteous enough to inform the shareholders of why this is taking so long and some initial results??
