Having a good clean out of paperwork I have found a Chess Holdind Statement dated 11/12/2012.
It reads:
"This advice confirms the transfer of ** stapled units at a price of $1.4397 per stapled unit under the Woolworths Shareholder in-spacie
distribution in SCA Property Group on 11/12/2012 to the aboved Named"
It was for 1 SCA for every 5 shares in Woolworths.
Can anyone shine any light on this as I have drawn a blank using Google
