Anyone know what the possible scale-back would be for $15K of shares?

I assume if everyone is going with Offer C, then scale-back is a formality.
There will be 12500000 shares up for grabs and assuming shareholders goes for their full entitlement (62500), only 200 shareholders will be successful.
If 1000 or so shareholders apply and the average parcel is 42000, you may get a 30% or so scale-back?

I don't want to unnecessarily sell other stock only for it to be tied up and then returned.
