Focus on one project was not the strong point of the previous CEOs & therein lay the issue - no focus meant spray the cash around & hope we hit something. That is how they have spent close to $50m since getting all the funds from United Minerals back in 2009
They didn't focus in those days (or rather I should say they focused on too many projects to the detriment of every project) but maybe that's all about to change
