Interesting point there , maybe then they could have done a higher priced shares for the placement with say a 1 option for 2 shares with an exercise price of 1.2 cents ?
getting technical but if from a fund manager background like Passmore is not to hard to put together .
That way one would not need to do another cap raise as well if it looked all good for investors when time to exercise oppies that they are in the money .
