I guess an aftermarket transaction could be for any number of reasons. A seller to a buyer, a shuffling of a holders shares between different entities or simply a property settlement between jilted ex lovers. Who knows.
$4.29 in my mind is well below forecast valuation. I wouldn't concern myself though with the transaction. At the end of the day, someone now holds a lot of shares at $4.29 cost base.
