The issue now for RZR is that it is too small to effectively deliver. Quality risk software suitable for a global market is an expensive business. One of the plusses for the stock was both GBT and UXC having substantial stakes. Now UXC has exited the ball is in GBT's court. Given they just raised money they either need to make an offer or exit. If they exit I believe it will be a long slow haul for rzr. It is now or never.
