Yes Knowhat, it would be a good for holders if they were acquired. And I believe this is a real possibility given their attractive current price and the fact they've found themselves a niche among the Central Clearing House where no other player dominates. My point was, the likelyhood increases with two major shareholders off the register.
Even without a takeover in sight, IMO it's worth accumulating at current levels . They are making headway in getting rid of the old IT&e image and creating a much leaner, healthier company called Razor Risk Tech. They are busy bees working behind the scenes and it does not concern me that the stock has low liquidity and there aren't any institutional following, because it gives me the opportuntiy to gradually build a up sizeable position. When they do announcement, the re-rate is rather quick as we've seen in the past.
