to add: so say you hold 500 shares at record date, since its below 1100 shares, thats mean u will get allocate of 500 X 3 = 1500 share at maximum. So if you subcribe $2.5k worth of SPP at $1.25 each, you will get a scale back, only get 1500 SPP. The remaining fund will be refunded to you.
