1. It is unlikely that someone holding less than 10,000 would apply for the SPP and if they did it is even more unlikely that they would take up the full $15,000.
2. The larger the interest in the company the more likely hood of taking up the SPP.
3. RUM raised $3.4 mil – dividing the amount raised by the approximate number of shareholders “likely” to take up the SPP gives an average uptake in the offer.
4. Personally I felt it was a nice indication of the level of uptake. If all shareholders took up the full $15,000, RUM would have raised $44.7 Mil.
