Yes I was hoping to get my full $15k but it was no surprise it was nearly 3X oversubscribed.
I think the Coy has been fair to us small holders. I have 55,000 RCG at an average cost of 71c and was very excited to think I was getting more at 70c when the market price was then over a dollar. I can always buy more on market with the refund cheque if I want to.
BenGrahamReborn - don't be too hard on RCG, just be happy with the way they are being managed.
