I see that they although they took some over subscriptions had to be scaled back. In their announcement they say they did this on accordance with what was stated in the booklet. I looked and couldn't see any formula there. Have I missed something?

The announcement talks about shareholders with over 10 000 shares ( i have over 300 000) getting at least 75%. I applied for $15 000 worth so should I get at least $11 250 of shares?

I can't understand why they didn't take all subscriptions and be totally cashed up
