Jaolsa, bollinger bands around US indices are very tight, which often happens ahead of a big move.

Candles are nudging the top band, and everything is overbought, both on the weekly and daily.

So you would expect the big move to be...down.

But I'm not so sure about that.

Prices have been in a very tight band for a month, looking for a breakout.

I may be rong, but in this bullish environment we are not going to get the usual 50% retrace of the last leg up.

Momentum builds on itself.
