    Be sure to read the 344 page document carefully they say.

    They also state that the cinema and border uplift events (the extra value) are "highly improbable".

    Do a quick Google search on "Grant Samuel VRL" and like me you'll find numerous scenarios over the past 17 years where "Grant Samuel has concluded that the proposal is in the best interest of shareholders".

    So much BS here, I really can't believe it.

    How's this from the FAQ - never mind that the broker consensus is for an FY22 EBITDA of $150m.
