    Honestly, where do these guys get off - actually claiming that they anticipate the share price would trade lower if the scheme doesn’t pass.

    I call absolute BS - on the FY22 consensus of $150m EBITDA, were currently LESS than 3x PE ratio. Show me anything in the ASX300 with a lower PE. VRL has to be the most undervalued stock on the ASX and it’s all because of this dodgy scheme.
