Does anyone here own ALG? Share price has more than doubled in...

Does anyone here own ALG? Share price has more than doubled in the past 3 months, yet they are still forecasting negative results for years to come. ALG now has similar mCap to VRL. Of course, we've been locked out of the "recovery trade" with the VRL SP living only in the takeover deal range of $2.10 to $2.20.

VRL in positive earnings, but has a ridiculously low valuation / PE and our directors are warning that if we don't accept this scam, the SP could drop further? Give me a break.

The Grant Samuels "valuation" (pages 167 onward) is utter nonsense. They trot these guys out every couple of years to repeat "the offer is in VRL shareholders best interests". They quite rightly show the FY20 results as "not meaningful", then go on to justify the hugely reduced BGH offer based on the very same "not meaningful" FY20 results.

Not happy.
