Hi guys, I have been out of the loop today & have just finished reading all your valuable posts.
There has been some brilliant research done & I cannot commend you highly enough. Can I suggest that you email some of your research to our Politicians (if you have not done so already). Heavens knows they really need educating about UCG & about Benzene & Toluene & water flow rates through aquifers etc.
Further, can I suggest that you also submit the results of your research to the various forms of media. The KCCG manipulated the media to their advantage, now it is time for shareholders to do likewise!!!
Here is some further "news" from the South Burnett Times dated Friday 23 July 2010 once again inspired by the KCCG.

SCANDAL DEEPENS
COUGAR SHARES SCAM CLAIMS: P3
Turn to Page 3 & this is the story.
COMPANY SOLD SHARES DAY BEFORE TOXIN SHOCK
Residents want to know why $1.2 million worth of Cougar Energy shares were sold just before news broke that the company had collected water samples containing carcinogens benzene and toluene.
On July 14, Cougar's Len Walker wrote to the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) to declare 17,775,408 shares had been issued to investors between July 7 and 14 for A$0.072 per share.
This came before farmers were told of the contamination on July 15.
The Kingaroy Concerned Citizens Action Group located the document on the ASX website and believe it is evidence the company knew the contamination was about to be announced but failed to alert investors. This prompted them to make a written complaint to the ASX and the Australian Securities and Investmvents Commission (ASIC).
Group member John Dalton said it was yet another example of the company failing to disclose important information.
"They issued those shares knowing what was happening," Mr Dalton said.
"And in the letter they say it's a full disclosure, when they haven't disclosed all the information."
Mr Dalton said the company had been in contact with the government from July 1 and was obliged to disclose that information to investors."
"They were in full knowledge of the situation and raised $1.2 million in a week," he said.
The company was granted voluntary suspension on trading its shares by the ASX on Wednesday.
The South Burnett Times made several attempts to contact Cougar representatives but they failed to comment prior to deadline.
Ends story.
By the way I have changed my sentiment from None to Hold after reading your posts today regarding the latest results from testing the water bores in the 2km radius zone of the Cougar Site.
