It’ll be a massive wake up call, showing the market that the company is simply taking advantage of an obvious opportunity (breach of contract that is as clear as can be), securing shareholders greater ownership over these potentially multi-billion dollar assets. It was the company’s decision to terminate, not the other way around. They’d only make a discretionary decision like that if they saw it as being BULLISH for holders
