This is a pure Catch-22 situation as there are no application for Scandium as there is no regular supply and conversely there has not been much to increase the supply of Sc as ther are not many uses for it at the moment...
So lets hope that they are successful in mining / extracting / purifying Sc2O3 to the point that it is commercial and a regular source of this highly scarce element will spur more and more soon...
As far as JRV sp goes, it is at absolute bottom...just a couple of ticks to go before it becomes toilet paper...so any development on the Sc front can only take the sp in one direction and that is UP !!!
Lets hope that we long termers do see an improvement and if we are lucky, who knows, we may see our investments being returned in full (and pigs will fly !!!)
