    Brian Moller- expert on mergers and acquisitions-director of DGR Global
    Christopher Hartley-has been involved in providing scandium oxide in USA
    Main shareholders-
    Cairnglen Investments- Principal DR Peter Woodford who is impeccably connected to investment circles has stated that PGM is "ridiculously undervalued and scandium is the metal of the future"
    JP Morgan -huge asset management fund- do not invest in second rate stocks
    Yandal Investments- Mark Crealy who is a very astute investor
    US senate committee approved legislation requesting US dept of defence to for a briefing to supply 100t of scandium in the next 5 years
