My guess is that now the scandium stand alone plant is up for discussion again, that it may be possible the US will take the nickel deal.
Scandium produced here and nickel shipped to US. Note, it was mentioned by Sam in the last investors webinar that the scandium resouce (in the ground) is in a different location then the nickel resources. So could ship one resource out and mine the other.
All IMO.
