Being tied to the inertia of 'nominated minerals' is becoming old hat.
The board should overcome any residual reluctance, lethargy and inertia by publicly naming a team to take responsibilty for developing scandium.
A suitable post facto cash flow achieved performance 'bonus' would be a good idea - for that team.
That bonus could be enhanced by, but not dependent on, any funds 'via' the IRA.
It'll take too long for Federally based economies of scale,so reintroduce some of the positives of capitalism* now!
