When a company comes back to the market for more money so quickly it can only mean one of two things:
1) They are bafoons with their money and the company is therefore a raging sell, or
2) Cus is ahead of schedule in china and good opportunities are presenting themselves for acquisitions.
Given who is putting the money up, I'd say they've done their homework and are happy. Therefore likely to be the latter methinks.
Saw a valuation of 36c today.
