Are we expecting some announcement re Scarborough deal?
The HY results and notes are silent on this, except the mention of the proposal by Scarborough to delay payment due in Sept 2009.
Personally, I don't expect this to happen. but will expect some sort of payment deferral by Scarborough still.
The banks extended the facilities without demanding this. Management should not be silly enough to accept the deal in its current form (per last announcement) thereby massively diluting shareholder value.
This is especially so given VPG's sound liquidity position.
Any thought?
