Good post TL, as a blocking stake for any other suitor ,IMHO it could present quite a problem for a hostile takeover at a ridiculous sp, of course that would depend on mccabe and company not being part of the problem themselves,how does it go? "beware of feasting with panthers"

Still, they might well be on the up and up, and as they say ,submitted a proposal "In order to demonstrate their support of Valad"
I guess in the end there is a high amount of trust that you give management ,that they will do the right thing by the company and shareholders,how often it is betrayed ,does make me wince.
I remain vigilant and await further clarification of the proposal,along with the half yearly from valad.
