Fakeover, there is every chance that KNOC will poke it's head in somewhere .....

The issues are: (and I'll put this in child speak for you!)

1) Someone in authority (which is currently being undermined by UIC, and will continue to be undermined by UIC) needs to "give permission" for Range and a friend to drill!

2) Hopefully for Range, the agreement they enter into doesn't mean they have their head dunked under a "burbler" by the playground bully if something goes wrong ..... and they lose their cash and position!
