I agree with Fishhead06 - a big holder selling out is the explanation that I favour. If you look at a one year chart with vol bars - the elevated vol levels from ~24 Feb till now are obvious - exactly the time the SP slipped from the mid 1.40's.
Yet eventually we should see changed holder notices.
And you would expect AMX to be on top of significant registry changes.
Announcing the SPP at 1.3 was a brave move that failed - I guess that too often we are left not understanding the full reasons.
