I would never buy into them for one reason alone, have had huge problems with my accounts for about 5 years. If they can't fix mine, what mess could they do with nbn. Sick of ringing the hot lines. Would have long gone but i need the reception due to regional location and wireless internet which drops out all the time anyway(town population of 60,000)so not so small, come other carriers their a big market their to be had.
