Just one to point to mention regarding announcements and price sensitive information. Price sensitive information can be given to other and often is without public announcement. the company is responsible for what the information is used for, NO INSIDER TRADING.
But it may as a matter of business come to the notice of advertising agencies, accountants,solicitors,bankers, employment agancies,business advisors, consultants, ETC.
So others besides the CEO and Directors may have knowledge of pending announcements, But they can't use it to advantage. A sponsoring broker may also be given imformation in the course of normal business. As SCE has been contracted as corporate advisors it is quite legal and acceptable for them to have any knowledge that pertains to POH.
It is how they use that info that matters.
