If they want to raise more money it is sense to get the share price as high as possible, the last raising was much higher than the recent share price so i expected good news or a ramp to lift it, we will have to wait for tonight's announcement to see which one it was,

PS,still plenty of "News" to come in the next few weeks, dont take too much notice if the Company plays this down a little,,the surge in share price poss., took them (the directors) by surprise.
