I agree with you.
The only people selling at these levels are disappointed holders (with no intention of re-entry), or financiers shorting the stock to re- cover in the SPP underwriting
There will be no naked shorts - so there will be no mad short cover rally afterwards.
The stock should rebound on a number of thing,
- change in trend after SPP closes
- less selling from financiers
- some broker research
- debt restructuring
- steady/improved operating performance
- new chairman??
We could see a nice rebound to ~20 over 3 months
