"That Lynas has enough money to spend and act like a company for three more months."
Yup for years Lynas upper management have been paying themselves as if they were running a fully producing (and profitable) company while using the excuse that they were a startup so as to avoid separation of CEO and Chair duties. And their latest claw back option going back a year (or two?) is a joke. Should have been 5 or more years IMO so long as it does not violate any laws as those were the times when the CEO and Chair were under NC and the salary was much higher than that of Chair only.
