    Somewhere down the track, ZFX/OXR offers to convert or swap Zinchuan's AGM shares to ZOX ...... Zinchaun accepts, after having aquired enough ZOX to add to these to then earn a seat on the ZOX board......any comments? (Ker-iste, what a messy sentence.)
