As we all know I’ve been happy along the journey and where are we now ?

We are fast approaching our first commercial deal this is what I feel is the main driver of Sumi to purchase ! Our agreement with FF that will give them certain other proprietary rights is what is forcing Sumi and maybe others to need to buy us. This in turn will force FF to act upon it,
no one wanted to buy/deal with us as the sub license WARF setup was not suitable

now if we didn’t take our time and achieve so much value adding research our potential would be seen as a lot less

as negotiations go on it is good to see our company go and show our largest shareholder where were at and who knows who else they go visit. Ultimately us the shareholders will determine our by price !! And just maybe their reading this thinking where miles of the mark

we are a 2 plus billion company
