WARF gets annoyed with how poor a job Cynata have done developing value before considering such low ball offers below $2B they execute a termination for convenience clause in the contract, paying us back what it was originally bought for.
WARF sells the rights to Bayer directly for $5B since they seem to be able to value stem cell assets more appropriately in relation to future value compared to the muppets at Fuji & Sumi.
Just saying. They cant be remotely happy at this price range if they are about the royalties.
