As an MSP holder my greatest fear with the merged entity is sales generation............. I tried looking for solace on the FFT sales and found none, I did find this summary on fft

The three biggest questions facing this merger/takeover is not whether this will be merged, not whether or not a higher price will be offered (regrettably I clearly doubt it in a raised offer, even with the rubbish independent report stating its "unfairness" being very beneficial in court should compulsory acquisition not occur) , not whether CEO Geoff Cleaves which will actually buy shares, not whether the merged entities actual generate savings that will amount to any more than the elimination of dual corporate listings.........no the three biggest questions is
1) Can these muppets on both boards NOT stuff up just enough and get out of the way of Ava to lead the charge? Bloomfield in particular needs to leave his ego at the door. (I wish you were all there to measure up Chris Fergus vs Rob Bloomfield as CEO/chairman/Presidential candidates a bit like Nixon and Kennedy in that famous debate)
2) Can the Ava drive enough sales of logistics services back-ended by a comprehensive security hardware suite of products? We know Ava can sell holistically....they worked at G4S......Can Ava sell holistically for merge co? Its one thing to have PREFORMING salesmen ........something foreign to FFT and MSP, but processes need to support the sales team (which need to be integrated).
3) Can the new entity do something about their corporate image and board reputation ...........both of which trashed at the moment..........they need some corporate polish, I do believe need a corporate paraphernalia including website overhaul they someone monitoring their distributors sites and ensuring that we appear on their websites, they need better shareholder communication, they need to show some respect to their shareholders,.........................all of these things are very very important in winning new business.
And for your amusement.
