The current shareholders won't be buying anymore shares.
Many will sell on day one to get back what they can.
New shareholders are needed to buy into CMY if it's going to succeed.
2020 is far enough into the future that many new investors would have forgotten what happened in the past & will unsuspectingly buy into CMY.
Lord have mercy on their souls.
