    Yes. This is not as simple as it seems. The person said "massive dilution" is not in the interests of BBI security holders. Ain't that the truth! I feel they will wait and see the conversion take up and if it's massively dilutionary my feeling (without seeing the SPARCS Trust Deed) is there would be a get out clause just like there was with BEPPA in late 2008.
