it doesn't mean BBI is insolvent. It means Sparcs is subordinated to the senior lender. Therefore, you cannot pay out Sparcs cash untile the senior lenders requirements are satisfied. It is all covered in the Sparcs deed and in no way implies administration, however I still think they hope they will not go here (i.e. hoping most will rollover the Sparcs).
