I think there is some disconnect between the stock movement and the actual company at the moment.
I went into my local Westfield on Saturday and it was absolutely packed. Cars were circling for carparks which normally happens around Christmas time. As well as this I think Scentre group is insulated from a portion of the retail woes because they aren't the store operators, simply collect the rent.
Plus I am very glad we do not have any stores in the USA right now!
