Double your money if u buy now I believe in a few years..... why would they devalue the assets on the balance sheet? The CEO has to sign off on them if the numbers represent a true value. But the issue is- there is no concrete data to show the value of the properties have dropped so much- there is so much uncertainty that there is no concrete argument to devalue the properties as the values are a representation of the long term value of the assets-long term over their life- there is no concrete evidence to show retail is dead after colaronavirus.... any accountants want to contribute?
