"Sceptics" will never win because firstly they are wrong in their denial of climate change and secondly because there are no winners in this inadvertent experiment. Either we move to combat climate change earlier and it costs us or we move later and it costs us more.
Each successive year sees more and more evidence piling up. For example how do the "sceptics" explain year after year of increasing Arctic sea ice melt? They trot out old newspaper articles on the occasional melting event and pretend it is business as usual.
It isn't.
We have changed the climate and eventually we will all face the consequences. Some have already experienced those consequences. Pretending it isn't happening is not a long term option.
I applaud the realistic education being provided for our young people.
